Do you offer refunds?
Since our offerings are digital and energetic (like angel readings, intuitive services, and audio programs), most of them are non-refundable. We want to make sure you're fully informed before making a purchase, so feel free to check out our refunds and returns policy. If you have any questions or are unsure about something before you order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We're always happy to help and make sure you feel confident in your decision!
How are your services delivered?
All of our services are delivered digitally, simple and convenient! Most readings will be available for you to download from a private Hightail link, while some may be sent directly by email. If you’ve purchased a course or program, you’ll access everything through your private member area. After checkout, you’ll receive clear instructions so you know what to do.
When will I receive my angel reading?
Angel and other intuitive readings are typically delivered within 3 hours to 3 busines days, depending on how many are in the queue. They’re sent out on a first-come, first-served basis. Most courses and programs are available right away after purchase, unless otherwise noted. Either way, you’ll get clear instructions so you know exactly when and how to access everything.
Can I gift a reading or course to someone else?
Absolutely! We have gift certificates and you can choose the amount you want to gift! Just visit the gift certificate page and fill in the name, email address, and message you want to send, complete your purchase and we will do the rest!
Do I need an account to purchase or access your offerings?
Yes, an account is required if you are purchasing one of our courses or programs hosted through our learning platform. Your account ensures you have immediate and secure access to your courses, order history, downloads, and any program materials. Once your account is created, you’ll receive all the details you need to access your course in your inbox.
For other products or services not tied to a course, an account may not be necessary.
